The new total facility approach will concentrate on a combination of equipment, supplies, training and procedures to build good sanitation practice into the advancement of new facilities, and retrofit when possible into current cannabis facilities.
Cannabis-Clean has offered Blue Diamond with a solid base in the Cannabis industry in Colorado for more than two years. Steve McMorrow, a Director of Blue Diamond and the President of Cannabis-Clean, expressed that they consider that the work being done in Israel will showcase the advanced facilities for sanitation in Cannabis Processing and Growing Facilities. It is all about compliance, by accepting proven methods, cultivators can ensure that their offerings will pass the stringent testing being employed.
Cannabis-Clean is moving to a “parts and smarts” approach to Cleaning and Sanitation from a janitorial type contractor. Leveraging the experience of company consulting in construction and building, the new approach will result in a customized set of processes for each facility. They are utilizing the same principles used by the energy services division. Josh Alper, the CEO, stated that capture the data with a thorough building inspection, or assess a set of plans, and then use the proven solutions.
The office in Israel will preliminary be focused on the comprehensive scope for Cannabis-Clean, and will then work as a base to expand the objectives of Blue Diamond in Israel and pursue assignments with local associates.
In the last trading session, the stock price of Blue Diamond declined more than 10% to close the day at $0.00170. The decline came at a share volume of 21.79 million compared to average share volume of 34.73 million.
